Job Description:
You will be a key piece of the team! Your tasks will be:
- Support and execution of selection processes for different internship profiles: posting and managing job offers, CV screening, interviews, and report writing.
- Collaboration in the development of Ferrovial's Employer Branding strategy: contact with universities and study centers for the management of agreements and annexes. Attendance at job fairs and forums.
- Collaboration in the onboarding process and follow-up of new hires.
- Research and study of best internal and external practices in Talent Acquisition and Mobility for internship profiles.
- Support in the design and implementation of associated models, processes, and systems, as well as in the management of corporate HR applications.
- Support in the management of talent processes for structure employees, collaborating in talent review processes and identifying development actions within the organization.
- Collaboration with talent teams from other business units in both talent attraction processes and internal talent management processes for structure employees.
Our ideal profile:
- Recent graduate in Psychology, Labor Relations and Human Resources, Business Administration and Management or similar.
- Master's degree in HR is a plus.
- C1 level of English.
- High level of proficiency in Windows environment and Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of the Workday tool is a plus.
- Person with results orientation, analytical capacity, teamwork, proactivity, flexibility and adaptability, good communication skills.
