We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team based in Ternat, Belgium
Purpose of the position
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact and internal ambassador for our clients..
Your initial focus is on the preparation of quotations in consultation with the customer (requesting all technical and commercial data and explaining the proposed solution) and their dispatch to the correct technical department.
You’ll also ensure that customer orders are correctly input to our system.
You’ll work together with the various internal departments to ensure a correct order flow. Together with the Sales Team , you’ll manage customer relationships.
In addition, you’ll ensure that all goods delivered are invoiced correctly and on time, by the timely processing of delivery notes and invoices.
You’ll also support the preparation of reports and quotations to customers and purchasing organizations.
Your profile
You operate at least on a Bachelor degree level
You’ll have working experience in the construction sector; (previous experience in Customer Service or After Sales is a plus).
You are driven, customer-oriented and commercially minded
You are solution-oriented and a team player, a central point of contact who can manage difficult situations
and offer solutions to bring them to a successful conclusion
Experience with ERP systems (Navision; AX ; Dynamics D365 ; SAP; ...) is a plus.
You’ll have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and understanding the operation of a CRM software
In addition to Dutch, you’ll have a good knowledge of French and have basic knowledge of English.
